Tenants Advice and Advocacy Service

The Northern Rivers Tenants Advice and Advocacy Service advises and advocates for tenants from Tweed Heads to Red Rock (between Grafton and Coffs Harbour). We are a free service providing information and advice to all tenants, including private, Department of Housing and Caravan Park residents.

We Provide:

  • Telephone advice to tenants
  • Education in tenants rights for community workers, tenants and groups
  • Advice on going to the Consumer, Trader & Tenancy Tribunal
  • Representation and advocacy for tenants in priority cases.

Our hours are - Monday to Wednesday 9am to 2pm 
                      - Thursday 12pm to 3pm and 5pm to 7pm.
